The website is often among the first business cards that a client has of us, so it is right that it is made strategically and impeccably. I’m Roberta, a website designer and Kadence expert featured on the official Kadence site. With experience building over 200 websites from scratch using Elementor and Gutenberg, I’ve also successfully completed more than 100 migrations to Kadence. 
My priority is to pay attention to as many details as possible to ensure you have the best experience ever. I try to choose the typography, the colors that best suit your project and to organize your content more effectively so that your website is first of all accessible before being graphically beautiful. How to pay for one of my web design services

Payment methods

01/ Single installment

The full amount for the web design services is paid upfront in a single transaction, providing a straightforward, one-time payment option that ensures all work is covered from start to finish.

02/ Two Installments

The total cost is split into two equal payments. The first installment is made at the start of the project, and the second is to be paid shortly before the end of the design within the site or the migration of the design to your site.

My process to design your website

01/ Initial questionnaire

At this stage I try to understand the client’s needs and objectives through an informal initial written survey to fill in which for me acts as a guide to create your site and in which I try to understand what kind of website you would like, which builder to use, what your most important aesthetic preferences are. This is an important step. After that, you proceed with the payment in a single installment or the first installment.

02/ Design in a staging copy

If this is an existing website, I will first create a staging copy of your design (i.e. a test copy) so that your current design is not ruined. After payment of a possible second installment, I will move your new design to your current site.

  • 2-5 weeks

03/ Design Development

I move your new design to your current website (or in the case of a blank website I design directly on it) and make the necessary adjustments so that the design of your current site is the same as that of the staging site. Here your current site comes to life and you will see the final design.

04/ Review and Launch

I do the final revisions and make sure your site has a fully functional design. After that, I officially deliver it to you so you can launch your project.

Main faqs

For all web design services there is only a partial refund (half of the amount paid) of the first installment of the service ordered WITHIN 10 DAYS OF THE PAYMENT OF THE INSTALLMENT ITSELF.
After 10 days, it will no longer be possible to have a refund of any amount of the chosen package.
Practical example: you have ordered a design service that costs €920 and you decide to pay it in two installments of €460 each. After paying the first installment of €460 you do not want to continue with the collaboration and want to ask for a refund. In this case you will have a refund of half of the first installment, which corresponds to €230 WITHIN 10 DAYS in which you paid this first installment.
It is not possible to have a total refund of the service in any case and after 10 days, please do not insist.

The payments accepted is the following: PayPal or Stripe custom invoice. There is no deferred payment but only in a single installment. The invoices will be in euros – but don’t worry about it, you can pay in dollars. You can also safely buy a service in euros with PayPal or Stripe. Thanks to them, you can very well pay in dollars and the system will automatically convert the payment into euros.

I offer two types of PayPal payments: the first is a single deposit to be paid at the beginning of our collaboration and the second is the payment deferred in two installments of the same sum: in this case the first installment will be paid at the beginning of our collaboration and the second just before transferring the design from the staging website to the actual one.

We will collaborate via email or, in the event of mailbox malfunctions, you can write to me privately here on messenger. No calls and videocalls please. I’ll reply your message as soon as possible. I am full of requests within my website and I am not interested in full time collaborations. I live in Italy but work remotely all over the world with international clients, so don’t worry. Regardless of the custom service you choose, I carry out all my services and designs only and exclusively in the following languages: English, Italian, Spanish, French, German, Dutch or Portuguese. Keep in mind these terms especially if you decide to collaborate with me for the creation of your website. No other languages please.

If you have just purchased the domain and your site is empty, I will work directly on it to build your website from scratch.
In the case of redesigning an existing and started site, I will create a staging copy (proof copy) of your site and do my design inside this copy. Once the design process is completed and the payment is settled, I will transfer your new design from the staging copy of your site to your current website.

Absolutely not, you don’t need the Pro version of Kadence – I build my designs with the free version of Kadence as well.
However, for a more professional look with additional and necessary features (such as newsletter integration, advanced headers and footers) I strongly recommend you to purchase a Kadence Bundle or additional Kadence plugins from here (affiliate link).
I will then install it properly and use it for your design.
Please note: I cannot purchase a Kadence product for you because by law, the client must purchase an additional license. Such licenses are not included in my design services.

I build websites exclusively in WordPress.org.
Depending on the type of project, I sometimes accept to build small ecommerce in Shopify, but it depends on the features of the project. Contact me by email to explain the details of your project.
I currently don’t build sites on other platforms like Wix, Showit, Figma, Shopify or Squarespace.

Absolutely not. As I have specified several times on all the pages of my website, I am not a web developer, therefore I do not have in-depth coding skills and I cannot solve advanced problems if necessary
I’m a web designer but I know what I’m doing. I create websites only with widely used builders such as Elementor, Crocoblock or Gutenberg and I cannot develop custom code only through code.
I’m honest and I wanted to point it out.
