- Estimated delivery: 3 to 10 business days (excluding technical problems that do not depend on us or optional add-ons).

- Installation of your purchased theme on one website (live or staging)
- Setup to match the exact design and content of the live demo.
- Configuration of the blocks and the attached Kadence Block Collection (*If you purchased a Kadence Child Theme with Blocks instead of Elementor)
- Installation of all plugins used in the demo
- Uploading your logos, color palette and other branding elements
- Content upload (text, images, and up to 10 products in the shop, etc.)
- Replacing demo images with your own images
- Social media icons setup
- Customizing contact form fields and footer links
- Newsletter Integration (set up MailerLite for Kadence Free users or integrate with other newsletter providers for Kadence PRO users)
- Mobile and speed optimization check
- 2 Revision Rounds (up to 6 edits).
- Optional: If you’ve used all your included revisions and need more, you can purchase the “Two Additional Revision Rounds” add-on (up to 6 edits) either during checkout or separately later.

Once the purchase is confirmed, an email ticket will be automatically created, and you’ll be prompted to share all the necessary materials for your site installation.Step four
Installation completed
The installation process will be finalized, and your theme will be fully set up and ready to use.

Yes, the Her creative details WordPress theme must be purchased separately. The installation service does not include the theme license.
To complete the installation, we will need:
- Access to your WordPress dashboard as Admin User Account for Her creative details: click here to read my guide on how to create it.
- Hosting and domain credentials (if WordPress is not already installed);
- Your logos and social media;
- Any additional details based on the selected package.
The installation is typically completed within 1-5 business days after receiving the necessary access details. The exact timeframe depends on the package selected and any additional requests.
No, sorry. With the installation of my theme, the structure of your website will be exactly like the live demo of the corresponding theme. My theme installation packages do not include creating a custom design from scratch, for that you can find the appropriate packages on this website.
Absolutely not, I never delete anything you imported.
The only thing I remove at the end of the installation are the plugins I installed myself for the theme import. That’s it.
If you have an already active site with content, the backup is a very important step in case problems arise and you want to have the site back as it was before installing our theme.
It is important that you do the backup BEFORE ordering the installation service. As specified in our Terms & Conditions Policy, Her creative details IS NEVER responsible for missed backups.
If your website is still empty and you have just installed WordPress then there is no need to backup the site before the purchase process, but AFTER, once the process is complete.
Refunds are subject to our Terms and Conditions. You can get a full refund for a theme ONLY AND EXCLUSIVELY AND NO LATER THAN 10 days after its purchase. While for the theme installation service, you can only get a partial refund that corresponds exactly to half of the total amount always no later than 10 days after the purchase of a service. Please review our refund policy before purchasing.

– General tech support unrelated to the product
– Design alterations or template edits beyond what’s included
