Let’s start with some detective work. We’ll dive deep into understanding you—your brand’s quirks, your audience’s secrets, and what makes your industry tick. Together, we’ll define your brand’s personality, values, and aspirations. Oh, and we’ll need your sources of inspiration too—think of it as the mood board for your brand’s soul.
Heads-up: this is where payment for the service kicks in (either all at once or in two cozy deposits). Fair’s fair, right?

02/ Conceptualization and Ideation

Here’s where the work begins. Armed with our research, we’ll brainstorm creative ideas, sketch out mood boards, and draft designs that spark excitement. It’s a creative buffet! You’ll help us fine-tune and pick the concept that makes you say, “YES, that’s it!” because, after all, your input is the secret sauce.

03/ Design Development

Time to roll up our sleeves. Those chosen concepts? We’ll turn them into polished masterpieces. Whether it’s a striking logo, a swoon-worthy color palette, or a sleek website wireframe, we’ll craft designs that make your brand unforgettable. Feedback? Bring it on—it’s all part of the process.

04/ Iteration and Finalization

This is where we put the cherry on top. We’ll review, tweak, and perfect every element until it’s 100% aligned with your vision. Then, we’ll package everything up—design assets, brand guidelines, and all—to ensure your brand shines consistently across every touchpoint.

Main faqs

For all my design services there is only a partial refund (half of the amount paid) of the first installment of the service ordered WITHIN 10 DAYS OF THE PAYMENT OF THE INSTALLMENT ITSELF.
After 10 days, it will no longer be possible to have a refund of any amount of the chosen package.
Practical example: you have ordered a design service that costs €920 and you decide to pay it in two installments of €460 each. After paying the first installment of €460 you do not want to continue with the collaboration and want to ask for a refund. In this case you will have a refund of half of the first installment, which corresponds to €230 WITHIN 10 DAYS in which you paid this first installment.
It is not possible to have a total refund of the service in any case and after 10 days, please do not insist.

The payments accepted is the following: PayPal or Stripe custom invoice. There is no deferred payment but only in a single installment. The invoices will be in euros – but don’t worry about it, you can pay in dollars. You can also safely buy a service in euros with PayPal or Stripe. Thanks to them, you can very well pay in dollars and the system will automatically convert the payment into euros.

We will collaborate via email or, in the event of mailbox malfunctions, you can write to me privately here on messenger. No calls and videocalls please. I’ll reply your message as soon as possible. I am full of requests within my website and I am not interested in full time collaborations.

Yes, I live in Italy but work remotely all over the world with international clients, so don’t worry.

Of course, don’t worry! I’m specialized in elegant or feminine design, but I can create your branding elements or website even if you have a masculine brand as long as you like minimalism and simple style. I only and exclusively make this kind of designs, please don’t insist on anything else.

Regardless of the custom service you choose, I carry out all my services and designs only and exclusively in the following languages: English, Italian, Spanish, French, German, Dutch or Portuguese. Keep in mind these terms especially if you decide to collaborate with me for the creation of your website. No other languages please.

I build websites exclusively in WordPress.org.
Depending on the type of project, I sometimes accept to build small ecommerce in Shopify, but it depends on the features of the project. Contact me by email to explain the details of your project.
I currently don’t build sites on other platforms like Wix, Showit, Figma, Shopify or Squarespace. Read here my website design page for more info.

I believe that branding is a collection of elements and therefore I strongly recommend ordering a package that contains multiple elements, however if you need a single element such as a logo, color palette etc, I also offer individual element designs. Check out our branding design services page here for more info.

Absolutely not! You are free to order a website design service if you already have your branding elements.
