Main FAQs

For all my design services there is only a partial refund (half of the amount paid) of the first installment of the service ordered WITHIN 10 DAYS OF THE PAYMENT OF THE INSTALLMENT ITSELF.
After 10 days, it will no longer be possible to have a refund of any amount of the chosen package.

Example:
You have ordered a design service that costs €920 and you decide to pay it in two installments of €460 each. After paying the first installment of €460 you do not want to continue with the collaboration and want to ask for a refund. In this case you will have a refund of half of the first installment, which corresponds to €230 WITHIN 10 DAYS in which you paid this first installment.

The only possible condition for a full refund:
The only and exclusive condition for which a full refund of a service is possible occurs in the event that a developer or hosting provider provides written proof of technical issues that prevent our Her creative details team from accessing or creating your website, installing a theme, or when there are serious technical problems attributable to our design services or WordPress themes.

For orders of the Her creative details theme installation service: in the event that you order the installation service of one of our WordPress themes and there are the technical problems listed above, you will receive a full refund ONLY AND EXCLUSIVELY for the theme installation service and not also a refund for the theme itself.

Please note, otherwise a full refund is not possible for any of our packages, as these are digital services. The design process requires significant time and effort, and we dedicate many hours to creating your unique website. We kindly ask you not to insist on a full refund, as it is never offered under our Policy. Read our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.

A revision is a round of changes or small adjustments to your branding design based on your feedback. The number of revisions included in each branding design package varies, and you can find the exact number specified at the beginning of each package description on this page.
Please note that a revision does not mean a complete redesign of your brand or website. It includes a set of up to 3 edits per revision. If your requests exceed this or become unlimited, additional charges may apply.
If you need more revisions beyond what’s included in your package, you can purchase an add-on for 2 additional revisions. This can be bought either at the end of the purchase process or at any time in the future. Large or unlimited requests for changes will not be covered within the revision process.
In the collaboration contract that you must complete before purchasing, it’s specified that the designer is not obligated to perform an excessive number of revisions or edits if it exceeds the reasonable scope of the project or the maximum request load.

You can choose to pay either in one full payment at the start of the design process or in two equal installments specified in each section of the individual services.
The default currency for payments is euros, but you can still proceed with the purchase as the system will automatically convert the amount to dollars at checkout.

Yes, of course! We will collaborate via email or, iif there are mailbox issues, feel free to message me privately on Messenger or Google Chat. No calls and videocalls please. I’ll reply your message as soon as possible. I am full of requests within my website and I am not interested in full time collaborations. I live in Italy but work remotely all over the world with international clients, so don’t worry.

I do not offer video calls. All tasks, requests, and project communication are handled efficiently within the Asana platform.

Both! Whether you’re launching or rebranding, I’ll guide you with clarity and intention. But please note: I don’t work with fonts pre-established by other designers; my brand design process involves my own creative direction and the graphic choices I deem most appropriate.

I create branding elements exclusively in one of the following languages: English, Italian, Spanish, French, or German. Please refrain from requesting designs in languages not mentioned. Thank you for your understanding.

Absolutely not! You are free to order a website design service if you already have your branding elements.

I build websites exclusively in WordPress.org.
Depending on the type of project, I sometimes accept to build small ecommerce in Shopify, but it depends on the features of the project. Contact me by email to explain the details of your project.
I currently don’t build sites on other platforms like Wix, Showit, Figma, Shopify or Squarespace. Read here my website design page for more info.

Of course, don’t worry! I’m specialized in elegant or feminine design, but I can create your branding elements or website even if you have a masculine brand as long as you like minimalism and simple style. I only and exclusively make this kind of designs, please don’t insist on anything else.
