Your website must be created with a top level domain (eg www.mywebsite.com/org/it etc) and not with a second level domain (eg www.mywebsite.wordpress.com). No matter the type of hosting plan, the second fundamental requirement is WordPress.org.

If your site requires additional licenses (e.g., for premium themes or plugins), please provide valid license keys. If these have already been manually entered on your site, I can confirm them. Otherwise, I will assist in adding them.

Please register from here for the Asana portal, where we will manage the project. At the end of the purchase process or in the immediate hours, you will receive an email invitation to collaborate and track progress directly in your Asana account. Before the design process begins, please ensure you have a complete backup of your website. This is a crucial step to safeguard your existing content and settings, providing peace of mind throughout the design process.

Provide your hosting details or invite me as a collaborator. This can be done by sharing access credentials or sending an invitation through your hosting provider. This information is needed to begin work on your site and ensure everything runs smoothly. If you want spam protection on your forms, you’ll need to provide valid reCAPTCHA or Turnstile keys for integration into your site.

Add-ons

* These add-ons are not included in any web design package but can be added at checkout with a single installment payment at the end of your service purchase process or in the future through a new purchasing process.

Want a website in more than one language? No problem! You can add a second language design to your site, choosing from English, Italian, Spanish, French, or German.
Important: This addon does not include the purchase of translation plugin licenses like WPML. You must purchase and activate the plugin yourself. If you have trouble activating it, let me know via email or in the initial survey, and I will activate it for you.
Design for a third language is not included, but can be added for an additional €250. Simply add the multilingual addon again, and the quantity will be set to +2, including the second and third language designs.

If you’ve exceeded the number of revisions included in your website design package and need more changes, this add-on provides you with two additional Revision Rounds (so a maximum of 6 edits available).

For all web design packages listed on this page, our refund policy is as follows: you are eligible for a refund of half of the total amount. This applies whether you paid in one full payment or in two equal installments.

Example:
If the total cost of your package is $1,000, you can receive a refund of up to $500, regardless of whether you paid the full amount upfront or split the payment into two $500 installments.

The only possible condition for a full refund:
The only and exclusive condition for which a full refund of a service is possible occurs in the event thatA developer or hosting provider provides written proof of technical issues that prevent our Her creative details team from accessing or creating your website, installing a theme, or when there are serious technical problems attributable to our design services or WordPress themes.

For orders of the Her creative details theme installation service: in the event that you order the installation service of one of our WordPress themes and there are the technical problems listed above, you will receive a full refund ONLY AND EXCLUSIVELY for the theme installation service and not also a refund for the theme itself.

Please note, otherwise a full refund is not possible for any of our packages, as these are digital services. The design process requires significant time and effort, and we dedicate many hours to creating your unique website. We kindly ask you not to insist on a full refund, as it is never offered under our Policy. Read our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.

Yes, you should have a registered domain and hosting plan in place. If you need assistance, I can help guide you in selecting the right options.

Premium licenses, like Kadence Pro, are not included because to be compliant with the law, they must be purchased directly from the site owner. This ensures you have full control over your licenses, updates, and support from the provider.

A revision is a round of changes or small adjustments to your website design based on your feedback. The number of revisions included in each web design package varies, and you can find the exact number specified at the beginning of each package description on this page.
Please note that a revision does not mean a complete redesign of the website. It includes a set of up to 3 edits per revision. If your requests exceed this or become unlimited, additional charges may apply.
If you need more revisions beyond what’s included in your package, you can purchase an add-on for 2 additional revisions. This can be bought either at the end of the purchase process or at any time in the future. Large or unlimited requests for changes will not be covered within the revision process.
In the collaboration contract that you must complete before purchasing, it’s specified that the designer is not obligated to perform an excessive number of revisions or edits if it exceeds the reasonable scope of the project or the maximum request load.

If you have just purchased the domain and your site is empty, I will work directly on it to build your website from scratch.
In the case of redesigning an existing and started site, I will create a staging copy of your site and do my design inside this copy. Once the design process is completed and the payment is settled, I will transfer your new design from the staging copy of your site to your current website.

Absolutely not. Your website design will reflect your brand’s identity and preferences, ensuring the right aesthetic and tone. You decide which colors are best suited to your needs, I can only advise you.

You can choose to pay either in one full payment at the start of the design process or in two equal installments spaced 3 weeks apart.
The default currency for payments is euros, but you can still proceed with the purchase as the system will automatically convert the amount to dollars at checkout.

We will collaborate via email or, in the event of mailbox malfunctions, you can write to me privately here on messenger. No calls and videocalls please. I’ll reply your message as soon as possible. I am full of requests within my website and I am not interested in full time collaborations. I live in Italy but work remotely all over the world with international clients, so don’t worry.

I do not offer video calls. All tasks, requests, and project communication are handled efficiently within the Asana platform.

I create monolingual websites exclusively in one of the following languages: English, Italian, Spanish, French, or German.
For bilingual websites, you can choose a second language from the ones listed above. Please specify the language you would like your website in during the purchasing process and in the initial questionnaire.

Absolutely not! I will not remove any plugins you installed without your permission. Don’t worry.

You can purchase the service directly on the Her creative details website. In the rare case of a technical issue, we’ll complete the purchase via Stripe or PayPal with an official invoice. No other payment methods are accepted

Absolutely not, you don’t need the Pro version of Kadence – I build my designs with the free version of Kadence as well.
However, for a more professional look with additional and necessary features (such as newsletter integration, advanced headers and footers) I strongly recommend you to purchase a Kadence Bundle or additional Kadence plugins from here (affiliate link).
I will then install it properly and use it for your design.
Please note: I cannot purchase a Kadence product for you because by law, the client must purchase an additional license. Such licenses are not included in my design services.

Absolutely not. As I have specified several times on all the pages of my website, I am not a web developer, therefore I do not have in-depth coding skills and I cannot solve advanced problems if necessary.
I’m a web designer but I know what I’m doing. I create websites only with widely used builders such as Elementor, Crocoblock or Gutenberg and I cannot develop custom code only through code.
I’m honest and I wanted to point it out.
However, I create websites like 90% of the people out there: I use serious and reliable builders, so you have nothing to fear. I have built hundreds of websites.

Absolutely not! You are free to order a website design service if you already have your branding elements.

I specialize in projects for small to medium-sized entrepreneurs. However, you’re welcome to share your proposal, and I will evaluate if it aligns with my expertise and workflow.

I build websites exclusively in WordPress.org.
Depending on the type of project, I sometimes accept to build small ecommerce in Shopify, but it depends on the features of the project. Contact me by email to explain the details of your project.
I currently don’t build sites on other platforms like Wix, Showit, Figma, Shopify or Squarespace.

No, with the Text Optimization for Call-to-Actions add-on, I will rewrite the text on your website to make it more effective for conversions. However, I am not an SEO expert, and I will not perform full keyword analysis or rewrite all your content from scratch. My goal is to help improve your calls-to-action, but I am honest about my expertise.

Kadence Blocks are an enhanced set of tools designed to offer a more intuitive and flexible design experience, especially for those who are not yet familiar with Gutenberg’s native blocks. If you’re looking for an easier and more user-friendly way to build your pages, Kadence Blocks is a great choice.
On the other hand, native Gutenberg blocks come built-in with WordPress and do not require additional plugins for basic page construction. However, for more advanced features like accordions, custom tabs, or contact forms, additional plugins may be needed.
If you prefer a smoother, more streamlined design process, I recommend choosing Kadence Blocks.

No, whether it’s a website built from scratch or installing one of our themes, you don’t need to open a ticket directly from there. Your design process will happen exclusively on Asana.

Which design in the world is 100% the same as another? While Kadence offers powerful customization options, an exact replication may not always be possible due to differences in theme structures. However, the design will be closely matched, and improvements in speed and flexibility can be expected. I will do my best to make you satisfied with the result.

I will make sure that your blog structure and the most important individual posts are exactly configured with Kadence. The rest of the posts you can manually configure with Kadence, it’s really easy.

You can choose which option is best for you. Both are possible with every design package.

Every effort is made to maintain your existing SEO settings, including URLs, metadata, and alt text. However, it’s always recommended to monitor rankings after migration and update any necessary settings for optimization.

Flothemes uses proprietary blocks that won’t transfer directly to Kadence. Where possible, similar layouts will be recreated using Kadence Blocks ecosystem to ensure a seamless transition.

Kadence is known for its lightweight and performance-focused design. Most websites experience improved speed and better responsiveness after migrating from Flothemes.
