Start with a quick email if you’d like to connect first — or go ahead and book your spot right away using the links on this page. Booking is required as I only take on two projects per month, so be sure to grab your slot early.

Reserve your spot

Once your date is confirmed, you’ll receive a link to place your order and officially lock in your project. This helps keep everything on track and ensures we’re all set to begin. After booking, you’ll be able to purchase your chosen service directly through the Her creative details website. This confirms your place and gets everything officially started.
Step three
Complete the Questionnaire

You’ll receive a Website Design Questionnaire Google link to help me understand your brand, goals, and style. It’s simple but essential — your answers guide the entire refresh process.
Step four
Project Management on Asana & Final Delivery via Google Drive

We’ll use Asana to manage your project smoothly. You’ll get your own private space to track progress, share feedback, and stay in the loop from start to finish. By clicking here, you can find my documentation with all the steps to follow your project from Asana.
Once the design is complete, you will receive a message in your Asana project with a private Google Drive link to access your final deliverable files.

Requirements

Your website must be created with a top level domain (eg www.mywebsite.com/org/it etc) and not with a second level domain (eg www.mywebsite.wordpress.com). No matter the type of hosting plan, the second fundamental requirement is WordPress.org.

Your site must already have an active Kadence theme (free or pro, it doesn’t matter) and the Kadence Blocks builder. This service is not available for those using Kadence with the Elementor builder.

If your site requires additional licenses (e.g., for Kadence Pro Theme or plugins), please provide valid license keys. If these have already been manually entered on your site, I can confirm them. Otherwise, I will assist in adding them.

Please register from here for the Asana portal, where we will manage the project. At the end of the purchase process or in the immediate hours, you will receive an email invitation to collaborate and track progress directly in your Asana account. Before the design process begins, please ensure you have a complete backup of your website. This is a crucial step to safeguard your existing content and settings, providing peace of mind throughout the design process.

Provide your hosting details or invite me as a collaborator. This can be done by sharing access credentials or sending an invitation through your hosting provider. This information is needed to begin work on your site and ensure everything runs smoothly. If you want spam protection on your forms, you’ll need to provide valid reCAPTCHA or Turnstile keys for integration into your site.

* These add-ons are not included in any web design package but can be added at checkout with a single installment payment at the end of your service purchase process or in the future through a new purchasing process.

Want a website refresh in more than one language? No problem! You can add a second language design to your site, choosing from English, Italian, Spanish, French, or German.
Important: This addon does not include the purchase of translation plugin licenses like WPML. You must purchase and activate the plugin yourself. If you have trouble activating it, let me know via email or in the initial survey, and I will activate it for you.
Design for a third language is not included, but can be added for an additional €250. Simply add the multilingual addon again, and the quantity will be set to +2, including the second and third language designs.

If you’ve exceeded the number of revisions included in your website design package and need more changes, this add-on provides you with two additional Revision Rounds (so a maximum of 6 edits available).

The Kadence Refresh Kit already includes a light adjustment of your existing color palette — refining main color categories for better balance and readability.
This add-on is for those who want a completely new color palette, with a brand-new set of 5 custom HEX color codes tailored to your brand’s mood and message.

Receive a new minimalist, clean and elegant logo set in three versions: primary, secondary, and submark. Perfectly coordinated, beautifully scalable, and yours to use across all platforms.

Need more pages than those included in your website design package? This add-on gives you the design for five additional pages to add to your site.

All communication and project management are handled efficiently through Asana, I do not offer video calls. In case of website issues, you can contact me directly on Asana (if our project is already active there) or via private message on Facebook Messenger, where we can set up a temporary alternative way to communicate.
I work remotely from Italy with clients from all over the world, so nationality or location is never a problem. Please note that I do not offer full-time collaborations, but I’m always open to new international projects.
As for payments, a one-time initial payment is due at checkout. The default currency is euro, but the system will automatically convert the amount to dollars (or your local currency) at checkout. You can purchase the service directly on the Her creative details website. In the rare case of a technical issue, we’ll complete the purchase via Stripe or PayPal with an official invoice. No other payment methods are accepted

For all web design and refresh packages listed on this page, our refund policy is as follows: you are eligible for a refund of half of the total amount. This applies whether you paid in one full payment or in two equal installments.

Example:
If the total cost of your package is $1,000, you can receive a refund of up to $500, regardless of whether you paid the full amount upfront or split the payment into two $500 installments.

The only possible condition for a full refund:
The only and exclusive condition for which a full refund of a service is possible occurs in the event thatA developer or hosting provider provides written proof of technical issues that prevent our Her creative details team from accessing or creating your website, installing a theme, or when there are serious technical problems attributable to our design services or WordPress themes.

Please note, otherwise a full refund is not possible for any of our packages, as these are digital services. The design process requires significant time and effort, and we dedicate many hours to creating your unique website. We kindly ask you not to insist on a full refund, as it is never offered under our Policy. Read our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.

The Kadence website refresh service includes 1 revision round, during which you can request up to 3 specific edits to fine-tune the refresh.
Please note that a revision does not mean a complete redesign of the website. It includes a set of up to 3 edits per revision. If your requests exceed this or become unlimited, additional charges may apply.
If you need more revisions beyond what’s included in your package, you can purchase an add-on for 2 additional revisions. This can be bought either at the end of the purchase process or at any time in the future. Large or unlimited requests for changes will not be covered within the revision process.
In the collaboration contract that you must complete before purchasing, it’s specified that the designer is not obligated to perform an excessive number of revisions or edits if it exceeds the reasonable scope of the project or the maximum request load.

If your website is new and empty, I will work directly on your domain to build it from scratch.
If instead we are redesigning an existing site, I will first create a staging copy — a safe duplicate of your current website — where all design work will take place. Once the project is complete and the final payment has been made, I will transfer the new design from the staging copy to your live site.
Please note that premium licenses (such as Kadence Pro, Kadence Bundles or Elementor Pro) are not included in my web design packages. To comply with legal requirements and ensure you retain full control over licenses, updates, and provider support, these must be purchased directly by you from the official source.

I build websites exclusively in WordPress.org, as it offers the best balance between flexibility, performance, and creative freedom. In some cases, I may accept to build small e-commerce sites in Shopify, depending on the project’s specific features—feel free to contact me by email to discuss your needs in detail. I currently don’t create websites on other platforms such as Wix, Showit, Figma, or Squarespace.
Websites can be created in one of the following languages: English, Italian, Spanish, French, or German. You may also choose a bilingual option, selecting a second language from the same list. Please indicate your preferred language(s) during the purchase process and in the initial questionnaire.

No full SEO or copywriting work is included, but essential accessibility refinements are always part of the refresh.
I’ll specifically focus on improving color contrast for better visibility, font readability to enhance text clarity, button and link visibility for easier navigation, page spacing for visual balance, and heading hierarchy to make content easier to follow.
A limited number of images will also be optimized for performance and accessibility.
Please note that keyword research for image alt text is not included — you’ll need to provide any specific terms or phrases you’d like me to use.
