For all web design packages listed on this page, our refund policy is as follows: you are eligible for a refund of half of the total amount. This applies whether you paid in one full payment or in two equal installments.

If the total cost of your package is $1,000, you can receive a refund of up to $500, regardless of whether you paid the full amount upfront or split the payment into two $500 installments.

The only and exclusive condition for which a full refund of a service is possible occurs in the event that a developer or hosting provider provides written proof of technical issues that prevent our Her creative details team from accessing or creating your website, installing a theme, or when there are serious technical problems attributable to our design services or WordPress themes.

For orders of the Her creative details theme installation service: in the event that you order the installation service of one of our WordPress themes and there are the technical problems listed above, you will receive a full refund ONLY AND EXCLUSIVELY for the theme installation service and not also a refund for the theme itself.

Please note, otherwise a full refund is not possible for any of our packages, as these are digital services. The design process requires significant time and effort, and we dedicate many hours to creating your unique website. We kindly ask you not to insist on a full refund, as it is never offered under our Policy. Read our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.

You can choose to pay either in one full payment at the start of the design process or in two equal installments spaced 3 weeks apart.
The default currency for payments is euros, but you can still proceed with the purchase as the system will automatically convert the amount to dollars at checkout.

You can purchase the service directly on the Her creative details website. In the rare case of a technical issue, we’ll complete the purchase via Stripe or PayPal with an official invoice. No other payment methods are accepted

A revision is a round of changes or small adjustments to your website design based on your feedback. The number of revisions included in each web design package varies, and you can find the exact number specified at the beginning of each package description on this page.
Please note that a revision does not mean a complete redesign of the website. It includes a set of up to 3 edits per revision. If your requests exceed this or become unlimited, additional charges may apply.
If you need more revisions beyond what’s included in your package, you can purchase an add-on for 2 additional revisions. This can be bought either at the end of the purchase process or at any time in the future. Large or unlimited requests for changes will not be covered within the revision process.
In the collaboration contract that you must complete before purchasing, it’s specified that the designer is not obligated to perform an excessive number of revisions or edits if it exceeds the reasonable scope of the project or the maximum request load.

We will collaborate via Asana and via email or, in the event of mailbox malfunctions, you can write to me privately here on messenger. No calls and videocalls please. I’ll reply your message as soon as possible. I am full of requests within my website and I am not interested in full time collaborations. I live in Italy but work remotely all over the world with international clients, so don’t worry.

I do not offer video calls. All tasks, requests, and project communication are handled efficiently within the Asana platform.

I create monolingual websites exclusively in one of the following languages: English, Italian, Spanish, French, or German.
For bilingual websites, you can choose a second language from the ones listed above. Please specify the language you would like your website in during the purchasing process and in the initial questionnaire.

You can contact me directly on Asana if we have already started the design process for your site there. Alternatively, you can also contact me directly by private message here on Facebook Messenger and we will work out a secondary temporary way to communicate in case your site goes down.

No, whether it’s a website built from scratch or installing one of our themes, you don’t need to open a ticket directly from there. Your design process will happen exclusively on Asana.

If you have just purchased the domain and your site is empty, I will work directly on it to build your website from scratch.
In the case of redesigning an existing and started site, I will create a staging copy of your site and do my design inside this copy. Once the design process is completed and the payment is settled, I will transfer your new design from the staging copy of your site to your current website.

Yes, you should have a registered domain and hosting plan in place. If you need assistance, I can help guide you in selecting the right options.

Absolutely not, you don’t need the Pro version of Kadence – I build my designs with the free version of Kadence as well.
However, for a more professional look with additional and necessary features (such as newsletter integration, advanced headers and footers) I strongly recommend you to purchase a Kadence Bundle or additional Kadence plugins from here (affiliate link).
I will then install it properly and use it for your design.
Please note: I cannot purchase a Kadence product for you because by law, the client must purchase an additional license. Such licenses are not included in my design services.

No, I am not an SEO specialist or expert, and I will not rewrite your texts from scratch based on a full keyword or market analysis. However, I do apply the basic principles of SEO to your website design, including proper heading structure (H1, H2, etc.), alt text for images, meta titles and descriptions. In rare cases, if necessary, I can adjust a few words to ensure that your text fits seamlessly within the design, but extensive rewriting is not part of my service. Therefore, I will insert your texts exactly as you provide them.
