Asana is a wonderful, secure and convenient portal to manage custom projects with ease. I recommend that you log in to the Desktop version of Asana on your computer to follow the updates of your project.
You can also download the mobile app, but this is not a requirement. In this documentation I will take a fictitious project called “LifeLift & Co” as an example to show you how we will work together on your custom project in Asana.
Accept the email invitation to access your project #
To follow the progress of your project, you will receive an invitation to Asana via email. This invitation will be sent to the email address you used to place your custom design purchase. The invitation provides direct access to your project. Please follow the steps below to access and track your project.
- Check your inbox for an email from Asana.
- Open the email and click on the invitation link.
- If you do not have an Asana account, you will be prompted to create one (this is free).
- If you already have an account, simply log in to access the project.
Project Details #
- Your project is named after the details you provided during the purchase process.
- It is a private project, meaning only you (or a maximum of two people) and the designer have access to it.
- The project is not visible to the public.
* Your personal data is collected by Asana. Please review their Privacy Policy for more information. Her creative details is not responsible for personal data stored on Asana, except for the information you provided through our website for purchases and forms. The designer will never share or distribute any sensitive data included in your Asana project.
Project Status #
This process helps keep the client informed about the progress of the project and to document any changes or progress.
If there are any delays, unexpected events, or other such impediments, your project status will be updated weekly along with a short message informing everyone on the project of the change, including you.

Your project list overview #
This is the overview of the tasks, that is, the most important actions “to do” in your project. You can choose to view them in “Board” or “List” mode. Here you will find, for example, the Revision Rounds section or the final delivery of the files included in your order via Google Drive private link.
