At the end of your project you will be ready to request revisions that concern your project.
Go back to the “List” tab of your project. Here there is a section called “Revision Rounds” that contains all the “Rounds” that your design package includes.
They can vary from one package to another, but the structure is always the same. Let’s see together how to do it.
A Round is simply a set of 3 edits.
If a package includes for example 3 Revision Rounds, you will therefore have 9 total edits to request for your project.
Let me give you a practical example. You have ordered a standard web design package that contains 3 Revision Rounds. I suggest an effective way to organize your revisions.
Round #1:
- Modify a color scheme (e.g., buttons, backgrounds)
- Change a font style or size (e.g., headings, body text)
- Replace or update an image
Round #2:
- Adjust spacing or alignment
- Change a section layout
- Edit text content.
Round #3:
- Add or remove a button (e.g., call-to-action, links)
- Modify navigation menu (e.g., rearrange items, add new links)
- Update contact form fields.
Please write the three edit requests in the dedicated Revision Round chat (e.g. in round 1 or 2 or 3). This will avoid confusion in a single round.
Please note: each package includes a different and precise number of Revision Rounds, therefore the designer is obliged to adhere to the number of revisions expressly indicated in each package and can refuse to perform further revisions if she believes that they exceed the number included in the initial package purchased by the client.
Requests for additional revisions that go beyond the number expressly indicated in the package that the client has purchased are not allowed.
If you believe you need additional reviews and you have exhausted those included in your order, you can purchase at a later time (and separately) the appropriate add-ons of + 2 Revisions Rounds, in this way you will have another 6 edits at your disposal. Of course, you can change the quantity of this add-on and add it as many times as you want to your basic package.
You can request it by sending me an email from the general form here and specifying that you need this add-on or you can request it directly in the chat of your Asana project (this last method is the one I recommend).
