Configure Portfolio layout (optional)

Let’s see together how to configure the design of your portfolio archive and single projects.

Go to your WordPress Dashboard > Customize > Posts/Pages Layout > Custom Post Types

How to change Portfolio Archive Layout #

Go to your WordPress Dashboard > Customize > Posts/Pages Layout > Custom Post Types > Portfolio Archive > choose your favorite layout and settings.

Here you can add, edit or remove elements like title, except, images etc.
Please note that generally the portfolio design of my themes are always built in the “Normal” layout and with the “Unboxed” Content Style, but you can also activate the “Boxed” mode if it suits your needs better.

How to change Single Project Layout #

Go to your WordPress Dashboard > Customize > Posts/Pages Layout > Custom Post Types > Portfolio Layout > > choose your favorite layout and settings.

Please note: within my themes the title of the individual projects of the portfolio is almost always DEACTIVATED because in my templates there are various blocks where to insert the title.
If this option does not suit you, you can activate the title of the individual projects by clicking on “Show Title” > Yes.

The single project design of my themes are always built in the “Fullwidth” layout and with the “Unboxed” Content Style, but you can also activate the “Boxed” mode if it suits your needs better.

Congratulations, you have configured all the portfolio options!
